I drink this whitening juice in the morning or 2-3 hours before going to bed. If you have a weak stomach, drink it at least 4 hours before you sleep. You can also drink this as a meal replacement in the evening as well. Whitening Juice Recipe
- 100g plain yogurt (sugar free) (1 individual cup OR 2 heaping tbsp)
- 1 tbsp fructo oligosaccharide (can add more)
- 1/2 cup milk (as you prefer, more or less)
- 20 blueberries (any type of berries) OR 1 tsp blueberry powder
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp almond powder (or almond flour)
- 1 tsp of aronia
- 1 tsp camu camu powder
Add all ingredients in a blender, blend, and enjoy!
Note: If you are lactose intolerant or allergic to lactose, you can use dairy alternatives like coconut yogurt or soy yogurt, and soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, etc.
