I am so excited to share these rejuvenation tips with you!
There are so many things that cause fatigue: stress, over-working, dust, poor diet, etc. Please remember, do to leave fatigue as it is, because it will only build up. Having that buildup is super bad for your health, because the active oxygen will damage your skin cells, and your skin will become saggy and dull – which is why your face looks ‘tired’ when you are tired. Here are 3 methods I recommend to fight fatigue and how to stop looking tired:
Plum Extract Tea
Plum tea is amazing for tiredness. Did you know that lactic acid makes you tired? This is because our body forms lactic acid when we are tired. Plum amazingly disassembles and discharges all the lactic acid we’ve built up. Plum extract is more famous for it’s digestive benefits, but it is also a restoration drink! If you always feel tired, I recommend plum tea. Just add some plum extract in warm water, it’s delicious and so easy!
Plum Blossom Tea
Plum blossom rejuvenates tired skin and supports blood circulation. It’s a beauty tea for rejuvenation and it smells really nice. It contains antioxidant elements such as Vitamin A, B, C, polyphenol and flavonoids. You can drink it, and also use it as a face mask to absorb the nutrients into the skin! Just soak some cotton pads in the tea and apply them to your face, there are directions below or you can watch my video above to see how.
Sulwhasoo Bloomstay Vitalizing Cream
This is one of my favorite creams, I use this almost everyday! This is the most effective cream when it comes to vitality and antioxidants, I love how it feels on my skin, it glides on smoothly and leaves a silky finish that isn’t sticky. It contains plum blossom extract, and the combination of this cream with the plum blossom tea has a great synergy effect! Honestly, when I don’t have time to brew the plum blossom tea and make the mask, I can get away with using just this Sulwhasoo Bloomstay Vitalizing Cream on it’s own.
Rejuvenation Mask Directions:
- Steep the Plum Blossom Tea for 5 minutes, remove the tea bag, put the tea in the fridge overnight to make it cold (use within 1-2 days).
- When ready, apply Sulwhasoo Bloomstay Vitalizing Cream on your face.
- Soak the cotton pads in the tea, gently squeeze out the tea so it’s not dripping.
- Apply cotton pads all over your face and wait for 20-30 minutes, then take them off.
- Apply a thin layer of the Bloomstay Cream again.
Mask Tip: It’s more effective to put the cream on first, then stick the cotton pads on after, this is what dermatologists do, I learned this tip from them. Apply the cream with effective, active ingredients – when you put the cold cotton pads on after, this helps cool down your skin and the active ingredients of the cream penetrate even deeper. It also gets rid of puffiness, helps with skin tension, and maximizes the rejuvenating effect of the cream.
When I’m really busy or forget to make the tea the night before, I use the Sulwhasoo Bloomstay Vitalizing Water instead of the plum blossom tea for the cotton pad mask. Although the cream is enough, try the cotton pad mask with the Plum Blossom Tea or Sulwhasoo Bloomstay Water (I keep it in the fridge), if you really want to beat fatigue – It’s very effective! I often use this mask to invigorate my skin, I hope you see great results as well! XOXO 💕
